I craft clear, engaging, and actionable content by blending storytelling, interactivity, and design. My process is simple: focus on the audience, shape compelling messages, and deliver experiences through videos and interactive content for global audiences and leaders.
PROJECTS

Inclusion Summit
I have supported our Stryker global inclusion event since it first launched in 2021. My role grew each year, culminating in 2024 when I led the "My Why" video strategy. I created the theme, scripts, and direction, partnering with L37 and a teammate — who developed the visual brand and assisted with filming — to produce and edit live-streamed videos, including Kevin Lobo’s story and a SAFE message from Katy Fink. I also designed live-stream slides and developed workshop materials and strategy in partnership with ERGs and the DEI team.

Leadership Edge
I designed the strategy for a hybrid program helping Directors and VPs transition from leading teams to leading leaders. I authored storyboards, wrote video scripts and interview questions, and introduced and executed an interactive leadership panel. Partnering with a vendor, I directed video production to bring the panel to life, managed stakeholder reviews, and launched the course in our new Reach 360 learning platform.

Inclusion Challenges
For the past three years, I’ve led the development of manager microlearning for inclusion challenges, in collaboration with DEI leaders and the team. I created the scripts, videos, activity guides, and team resources and led the projects through a review and translation process, ensuring accessibility in 13 languages.

Think Twice: Unconcious Bias
I developed the on-demand "Think Twice" unconscious bias course in four months, collaborating with SMEs and content partners to ensure an inclusive design. The course includes real-world scenarios, an interactive self-identity exercise, and video content. Launched to 5,000+ global managers with 100% completion required, it was translated into 13 languages for accessibility.
